Any Construction (any.construction) helps you turn a building, remodeling or home-improvement idea into a clear project brief and an AI concept sketch, by voice or text on our website or inside ChatGPT. Any Construction is a service of LaLoyalty LLC, Los Angeles, California ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us, and what you can ask us to do.

In short: we collect what you tell us about your project and the email you save it with. We use it to draw up your project, keep it for you and, only if you ask, let Ivan and licensed professionals help you. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use advertising cookies.

What we collect

What you tell us about your project: your conversation with Any by voice or text, the project brief, photos you choose to upload, and the concept sketches and renders made for you.
Voice conversations on our website: with your consent, calls with Any are recorded and transcribed.
Contact details: your email address when you save a project or sign in; your first name and phone number only if you give them, for example when you send a project to Ivan.
Messages between you and our team inside your project.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and approximate country, used for security and to prevent abuse; a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in; and a random key stored in your browser that lets you reopen a project you started there.
How you found us: a referral code or campaign tags in the link you used, if any.

Inside ChatGPT

When you use Any Construction in ChatGPT, ChatGPT sends our tools the project details you discussed (for example, what you want to build and where). If you sign in to save a project, you enter your email on our sign-in page and we send you a one-time code. We do not receive your other ChatGPT conversations. OpenAI's handling of your ChatGPT data is covered by OpenAI's own privacy policy.

Why we use it

To write your project brief and draw concept sketches and renders.
To save your project so you can return to it from any device, and to email you sign-in links, codes and replies.
If you tap or ask to "Send to Ivan": so Ivan Panasiuk can review your project and contact you about next steps.
To keep the service safe, prevent abuse and enforce daily limits.
To improve Any: our team reviews conversations and projects to make the assistant more useful.

Who helps us

We use service providers that process data for us under their own security and privacy terms:

Cloudflare: website hosting, our API, AI image and text models (Workers AI) and image storage.
Vapi and the speech and AI models it uses (including OpenAI): website voice conversations, transcripts and recordings.
Google (Gemini API): written chat answers, project summaries and the AI pictures of your project, including pictures drawn on a photo you upload.
Brevo: sending emails.
HubSpot: our team's records for projects we follow up on.
Telegram: internal notifications to our team about new projects and messages.
Our own servers (n8n and a PostgreSQL database): storing projects, messages and sign-in sessions.

Who sees your project

Our small team, including Ivan Panasiuk (California Registered Home Improvement Salesperson, CSLB HIS Registration 170397 SP).
A licensed contractor or material supplier only after you agree to it.
The public only if you separately agree to an anonymized story in our public feed; we remove anything that could identify you before it appears.
Authorities, if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep a project while it is active and for up to 24 months after your last activity, then delete or anonymize it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer. Sign-in codes expire within 10 minutes and links within 7 days.

Your choices and rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your projects and account: email hello@any.construction from the address you used. We reply within one business day and confirm deletion when done.
Disconnect Any Construction in your ChatGPT settings at any time.
California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for using these rights.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). We store only hashes of sign-in links, codes and session tokens, and access to projects is limited to their owners and our team.

Children

Any Construction is meant for adults planning their own projects. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email or on the website.
