The simple rules

These terms apply to any.construction and to the Any Construction app in ChatGPT (together, "Any Construction"), a service of LaLoyalty LLC, Los Angeles, California. By using Any Construction you agree to them.

What Any Construction is

Any is an AI assistant that helps you describe a building, remodeling or home-improvement idea, writes a project brief and draws AI concept sketches and renders. If you ask, our team member Ivan Panasiuk, a California Registered Home Improvement Salesperson (CSLB HIS Registration 170397 SP), reviews your project and suggests next steps, such as licensed contractors and material suppliers that fit it.

Important: Any Construction is not a licensed contractor and does not perform construction work. Concept sketches and renders are AI illustrations of an idea, not designs, engineering drawings, permits, estimates or quotes. Licensed work is done only by the licensed contractor you choose, under your own contract with them.

AI can be wrong

Any's answers, briefs and pictures are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important facts, such as permits, codes, structure, prices and timelines, with qualified licensed professionals and your local building department before you rely on them.

Your account and your projects

You sign in with your email through a one-time link or code. Keep access to your email secure.
You keep ownership of what you share. You give us permission to store, process and display it to run Any Construction for you, and to let our team and, with your consent, licensed professionals see it.
You may use the sketches and renders made for your project for your personal and project purposes.

Fair use

Use Any Construction for real building and home-improvement ideas. Don't use it to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload content you have no right to share or photos of other people's private property without permission, to try to get around limits or security, or to overload the service. Any may end conversations that have nothing to do with a project. Daily limits apply to sketches and renders.

Availability

Any Construction is provided "as is" and may change, pause or stop. We don't promise that a contractor will be available or that any project will be built.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LaLoyalty LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI output, and our total liability for any claim about Any Construction is limited to $100. Some laws do not allow these limits; then they apply only as far as the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.
